Due to your items being customized to order. Please note, that production takes up to 8 days for production.
- Be mindful of processing times which do not include shipping times may be from 1-7 business days and can be extended to 1-15 days. During COVID, this time may be longer and is not within our control as shippers/partners are moving as quickly as possible.
- We welcome bulk orders, please contact us if you have an order of 5 of the same items or more. To receive a bulk order discount please email regalmotifs@gmail.com for options.
- If you need an item before a specific date, please message us first prior to ordering to see if we are able to accommodate your request. Otherwise, packages received later than an expedited delivery date are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for orders. Orders may be delayed due to COVID-19. Production times may be extended as well as shipping times.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at regalmotifs@gmail.com.

Shipping
- If exceptions are made regarding returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
